What is a credit?
One credit = one business result. When you run a search for 15 results, 15 credits are deducted. If we find fewer results than requested, the difference is refunded automatically.
How long are my search results saved?
Search result snapshots are saved for 30 days. You can revisit them anytime from Past Searches at no extra cost. After 30 days, the snapshot is deleted and you'd need to run a new search.
Can I leave the page while a search is running?
Yes. Your search continues processing in the background even if you close your browser. When you return, the dashboard will reconnect to your active search automatically. If it's already finished, your results will be waiting in Past Searches.
What happens if my search finds zero results?
You get a full refund of all credits used for that search. No results, no charge.
What happens if a search fails?
If something goes wrong during processing, all credits for that search are refunded automatically and you'll see a clear error message.
What does the quality score mean?
Each business website is scored by AI as Ugly (poor design, outdated, hard to use) or Good (decent, modern). The score helps you prioritize outreach to businesses most likely to need a new website.
What is phone type lookup?
Phone type lookup checks whether a business phone number is a mobile, landline, or VoIP number. This helps you decide the best way to reach out — text vs. call. Lookups are included with paid plans, with monthly limits based on your plan.
What is the Ugly List?
The Ugly List is your personal saved list of businesses you want to contact. You can add businesses from search results, track your outreach status, and add notes for each lead.
What is the Kanban board?
The Kanban board is an outreach tracker on your Ugly List page. It organizes leads into columns by status — Not Contacted, Contacted, Responded, Signed, and Not Interested. Available on Ugly and Hideous plans.
Can I export my leads?
Yes, CSV export is available on Ugly and Hideous plans. Select the leads you want from your Ugly List and click Export CSV.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account Settings → Plan tab → Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, update your payment method, or change plans.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused subscription credits from the current month roll over to the next billing cycle as a one-time bonus (up to one month's allowance). They don't stack indefinitely — only one rollover at a time.

Go to Account Settings → Support and submit a ticket. We typically respond within 24 hours.
